you know those days when it's not really a bad day, but certain elements just aren't going the way you envisioned?

that's how my day is in terms of the card for today, so this'll be a short post. 

i'm not thrilled with this card. it needs something. black flecks. enamel dots. i'm not sure so i'm going to sit on it for the night. but i shouldn't have waited til i came home from work to make the card, because all my original plans and attempts didn't work. 

lesson learned. 

there's something to be said for fun washi tape though - because this one is one of my favorites and i do love the way that it coordinates with this super bright envelope! i'll probably add something to this, and then i'll edit this post. 

a nice thank you is always appreciated, but this one so far is a little boring. 

good thing tomorrow i'm off from work and can spend the day creating. here's hoping my mojo and my energy come back.
