#the100dayproject : 2022 : 26/100 - thank you

day 26 is inspired by color inspo as landed on by the inspiration wheel. using a pin on my pinterest board, i decided on this color selection:

i don't have these exact colors by name, but have some similar that i thought would work. since i haven't created a mini slimline in a little while, i thought it would be the ideal size for today's card. 

i wanted to design a somewhat simple card but make sure that the sentiment was loud and clear. i have a great background stamp that is the image/text of the definition of the word/expression 'thank you' so i began by stamping that on the right side of a die-cut panel. 

then i used a 'thank you' stamp and repeated the sentiment in all four colors, scattered across the card front. 

the way that the different colored inks provide a variety of depth on this card front makes me so happy. i just love a good thank you card. if you've been here a little while then you know that i also enjoy a good sassy sentiment on the inside of cards too, so that being said ... 

there are so many people that i could send this card to, i have to believe that there are others out there who would agree! while the inside of the card base is a light tangerine color, the sentiment is stamped in a slightly darker orange, coordinating with the color from the front of the card. 

outside of the card : clean and simple thank you in an adorable mini sized slimline card. 

inside of the card : full of sass and sarcasm, perfect for all of my friends. how about you?
