#the100dayproject : 2022 : 24/100 - happy happy birthday
Share
hey friends! welcome to day 24 of #the100dayproject! today's spin on the inspiration wheel landed on old product and i was super excited to bust out one of my favorite stamp sets from lawn fawn.
i don't know about you, but i'm a lover of succulents! they're just so freaking adorable and the different styles and varieties available? amazing.
i mean for real - just look how stinkin' cute! i stamped these adorable little potted plants and then colored them in with my prismacolor markers. i used a variety of shades of green because i think they're all unique to the individual plants. beneath them i stamped the sentiment "happy, happy birthday!" in black ink. i rounded the lower right corner because i felt like the card needed something to make it stand out a little bit.
so fun. perhaps my favorite part of this adorable card? the punny inside.
i mean, come on. so freaking awesome. i don't always make cards that require a lot of coloring since i can't take too long when producing them, but sometimes it's just so worth it. i think that this one was worth it. recently i also added the coordinating die-cuts to my stash so i can't wait to use those in a new and fun way as well.
plant lover or not, the recipient of this card is sure to get a kick out of it. i'll be adding it to the online shop soon - i have so many fun additions in the works!
24 days down, 76 to go!
