welcome to day two!
yesterday i loved the way the tiny acorn looked and i couldn't wait to use that stamp set again. the wheel selected "all one company" for today meaning i was limited to just one company for all the supplies i used. i selected lawn fawn since i have a variety of their patterned papers, stamps and die-cuts.
i stamped and die-cut five images from this stamp set; two squirrels, a wagon, a pile of acorns and an individual acorn. using prismacolor markers, i colored all the images. i picked out a few patterned papers from a variety of paper pads and cut small strips of them.
there's a handful of sentiments in the set so i combined a couple of them to create the message on this card - it's your birthday go nuts! i love that the fonts are a little quirky and fun. the pile of acorns are elevated off of the card base with foam tape.
i think that it turned out so cute! i have a ton of stamp sets that are designed to be colored so i can see myself using a bunch of them throughout the next 98 days. the inspiration wheel was an excellent decision this time around, i can already tell.
