Mail It Monday #10

happy monday!
today's post for mail it monday is a card i made for a customer who has become so much more than that! she brought me an adorable gift on small business saturday and i just wanted her to know how special i think she is and how much i appreciate her! she's actually quite magical!
in terms of complexity, this card is super simple! i wish that i could take credit for this gorgeous background - but it's all altenew. it came from this amazing patterned paper pack and i'm already thinking i'll need to order another one.
i stamped the sentiment from a papertrey ink set and then added a combination of clear sequins and flat silver sequins, creating a visual triangle.
the sentiment is in sharp black ink and it compliments the subtle shine of the patterned paper. i used a bright pink cardstock as the card base.
while i didn't do a ton of creating or embellishing on this card, i'm thrilled with the way it came together. i hope she likes it as much as i enjoyed making it.
it's a big holiday week and i'm still planning on mailing some happy mail. my christmas cards never made it out, so i'm going to switch it up a little and mail some new year cards with well wishes for the year! i can't wait to share them with you over the next couple weeks.
in case you need a reason to send some happy mail, here's a few additional holidays:
december 25 - christmas
december 26 - national thank you note day [check out some of these thank yous!]
december 28 - national playing card day
from my home to yours - have a wonderful holiday [whichever you celebrate!] and i wish you all the happiness and time with friends and family.
